So the atraction likely is largely physical contact with a young body.
So it is a problem either way from a cultural or legal standpoint, or both. Some states also have differant laws for boys than girls.
Further, it is frowned upon even if they aren't having sex.
A rule of thumb...until an individual reaches 18, age spread should be 4 yrs or less.
However the older you get the larger the age gap can be.
