I have the following printout from the ATT Selfhelp tool.
The Speedstream connected to the internet when I first plugged it in; then I decided to bridge the modem to a Lynksys router which would not connect.
I reset my Speedstream and now the Speedstream won't connect (when it did before).
I called into ATT and the first thing they want to do is get me to purchase premium support for a connection they are refusing on their end.
All the lights are green on the Speedstream and according to it the connection is live but refused at the end.
